well, i've been officially done with summer school, and let me tell you what a crazy time that was. i wrote some interesting essays in the writing class about traveling around the world, nietzsche, and clone high. but that history one was just way too much work, yet i managed to get a 85 in the class. whew. time to chill out and bum around at home until i go back to texas. and of course, figure out what classes to take in the fall.
but first, i got a small bag of jelly belly beans and this handy flavor menu so...time to see what amazing flavors i taste today!
1. licorice: i just threw that one away
2. caramel corn: wow that tasted weird
3. lemon line: my sister stole it...she said it was "mprey good"
4. buttered popcorn: not as bad...just got a hint of butter
5. chocolate pudding: that one was pretty awkward
6. cotton candy: actually i'm not sure if this is bubble gum or cotton candy
7. bubble gum: nevermind i found it
(the rest are all orange looking...weird)
8. orange sherbert: not bad, kind of like the ice cream
9. cantaloupe: actually i really can't tell
10. tangerine: they all look the same...and taste too similar
11. orange juice: that was the best one. i like oranges too
that sure was exciting!
and just the other night, the youth group went to a beach to hang out and then watch the sunrise the next morning. they are quite an interesting bunch, and there should be some pictures up on other people's blog, which i will have to steal from later. somebody called me a "grandpa" last night. i ain't exactly too sure what to make of that comment, but i'll let it slide for now. and in the hotel room someone brought their ps2 and we played "the bible game". man, that actually was pretty fun. beware god's wrath or you shall lose all your points! heh heh, good stuff. yep, last night was quite an adventure.
