another exciting year at texas

i moved into my apartment for about 5 days now. i must say i can already feel the many differences between living off campus and in a dorm. for one, everything from getting food, laundry, and easy access to campus are almost completely different from each other. besides already starting to cook more often, it feels as if i will have more chores/responsibities/stuff to do in the future. for now, i just spent my weekend just bumming around, playing games, figuring out what kind of stuff i need, and visiting lots of friends who are also living elsewhere or still at the dorms.

and now classes begin tommorow, and i've officially registered for all non-music classes. yes, i am beginning to step away from being a music major, but now i just need to figure out what exactly i should/could switch to. i hope i havent become incredibly stupid from just spending most of my education on learning music and not other stuff.

but i did learn lots of important things from previous years, mostly relationships (somewhat), friends, discipline, other life lessons, and girls. actually girls are crazy and i've known that all along. so nothing new there. of course, i wouldnt mind meeting some girls this fall, as long as they're not too crazy. and believe me, i have met some crazy girls. now i'm hoping they're not reading this.

i must get ready to sleep, for another great adventure awaits eric when the sun rises the next day...
